Conductor 4 Silver Nanoparticle Ink

Description

Voltera Conductor 4 is a high-conductivity silver ink with 80% w/w silver content. Optimized for Voltera V-One, it supports fine-line deposition, low-temperature thermal curing, and excellent solderability for PCB prototyping.

Specifications

• 80% w/w silver content (80 nm silver particles)
• Compatible with common PCB substrates, including FR1 and FR4
• Excellent water and alcohol resistance
• Cartridge: 2 mL

Tips

• Storage: Keep cartridges refrigerated. Shelf life is up to 12 months.
• Curing: 10 minutes at 175°C. For best results, cure immediately after printing. 
• Soldering and reflow: Solder with tin-bismuth-silver solder wire and flux at 180°C, or use the preset profile for tin-bismuth solder pastes in V-One software for reflow.
