T5 Solder Paste Sn63Pb37 - 2 mL Cartridge

Description

This tin-lead T5 solder paste contains smaller particles than T4 solder paste, resulting in less clogging and more consistent dispensing. The alloy has a superior performance on boards with a lead-based HASL finish, allowing you to easily paste, assemble, and reflow your pre-fabricated circuit boards.

Note: This solder paste is not compatible with Voltera inks.

Specifications

• Particle size: T5
• Alloy composition: Sn63Pb37 (tin-lead)
• Reflow temperature: 240°C until fully melted
• Pads printed per cartridge: Approximately 11,000 0603 pads
• Shelf life: About 12 months (store in a refrigerator)

Tips

• Cartridges must be kept refrigerated.
• Compatible with Voltera disposable nozzles. Use 225 µm Subrex nozzles when higher precision is required.
