ACI SI3104 Stretchable Insulator - 2 mL Cartridge

Description

ACI SI3104 is a printable, thermally cured ink that is stretchable after curing, with excellent adhesion to elastomeric substrates such as TPU. It can be used as an insulator or dielectric for printing crossovers.

Specifications

• Substrate compatibility: Excellent adhesion to elastomeric substrates
• Ink compatibility: Fully compatible with ACI’s stretchable inks and conductive adhesives
• Maintains flexibility and stretchability at more than 100% elongation
• Good dielectric breakdown strength
• Curing conditions: 135°C for 5-15 minutes in a box oven
• Shelf life: 12 months (at 20°C)
