Polyonics XF102 is a high-performance polyimide (Kapton) film designed for demanding flexible electronics. Compatible with a variety of flexible materials and NOVA, it excels in applications where thermal stability is critical.

• Dimensional stability with a thermal expansion of 20 PPM/°C ensures circuit integrity under stress.

• Mechanical strength with tensile modulus of 2.5 GPa and elongation of 82% at 23°C.
• Chemical resistance that withstands solvents (IPA, terpene, saponifiers) per MIL-STD-202G/883E.
