T5 Solder Paste Sn63Pb37 - 2 mL Cartridge

Description:

The smaller particles in this T5 solder paste result in less clogging and more consistent dispensing. The alloy has a superior performance on boards with a lead-based HASL finish, allowing you to easily paste, assemble, and reflow your prefabricated boards.

ATTN: Solder paste T5 Sn63Pb37 is not compatible with Voltera ink.

Use with 225um (black) Subrex nozzles only.

Specifications:

• Particle size — T5
• Alloy — Sn63Pb37 (tin-lead)
• Reflow — 240°C until fully melted.

Each cartridge prints approximately 11,000 0603 pads.

Cartridges must be kept refrigerated, and have a shelf life of 12 months
