Description

This lead-free, RoHS compliant T5 tin-bismuth solder paste contains smaller particles compared to T4 solder pastes. Compatible with both V-One and NOVA, it is an ideal choice for fine-pitch pads or high-precision applications.

• Alloy composition: Sn42Bi57.6Ag0.4 (tin-bismuth-silver)
• Pads printed per cartridge: Approximately 11,000 (0603 pads)
• Shelf life: About 6 months (store in a refrigerator)

Tips

• Cartridges must be kept refrigerated.
• Compatible with Voltera disposable nozzles. Use 225 µm Subrex nozzles when higher precision is required.
