Polyonics XF102 is a high-performance polyimide (Kapton) film designed for demanding flexible electronics. Compatible with a variety of flexible materials and NOVA, it excels in applications where thermal stability is critical.

• High-temperature performance that is stable across -40°C to +500°C, ideal for thermal cycling and extreme environments.
• Dimensional stability with a thermal expansion of 20 PPM/°C ensures circuit integrity under stress.
• Ink-ready surface with clear coating optimized for adhesion with conductive inks
• Mechanical strength — tensile modulus 2.5 GPa, elongation 82% at 23°C.
• Chemical resistance that withstands solvents (IPA, terpene, saponifiers) per MIL-STD-202G/883E.
• Compliant with RoHS, REACH, and is halogen-free (IEC 61249-2-21).

This Polymide/Kapton substrate is ideal for flexible circuits, high-temperature sensors, and capacitive touch panels.
